Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are 100% refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure time are non-refundable.
Please have luggage ready in hotel lobby or front door of your accommodation, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Due to the current challenges with driver scheduling, some scheduled shuttles may not be available.
When a reduced number of shuttles are running, timings may differ from the schedule to best accommodate all passengers’ flight times.
Please refrain from smoking, vaping and drinking on the shuttle.
Our drivers reserve the right to deny passage should there be any reason to cause distress to other users or the driver.
